Halloween is right around the corner, and there are various ways in which you can celebrate. From scavenger hunts and parties to the traditional trick-or-treat family sessions and haunted houses, you don’t have a reason to stay inside during this exciting season. Head out to these upcoming Halloween celebrations!
Nashville Costume Scavenger Hunt
Start the festivities off with the 2nd Annual Nashville Halloween Costume Scavenger Hunt! This celebration is just for the adults, and it’s guaranteed to be a good time. Simply put on your costume and let the fun begin!
So, how does this game work? It’s easy. First, gather 4-5 friends to be on your team. (You can also be placed on a team if you don’t have one.) Next, you’ll need to register and get your Halloween party package. Then, once the game begins, you will navigate through Midtown Nashville to find the answers to the clues you receive. You’ll have 120 minutes to complete 6-8 clues. The team to correctly complete the scavenger hunt first wins!
The scavenger hunt takes place in Nashville, TN on Friday, October 27, 2017 between 7 and 9 p.m. Tickets range from $12 – $59. This price includes admission into the 2 hour photo scavenger hunt, a bar crawl in Midtown Nashville, drink specials at select bars, a prize for each member of the winning team, and prizes for the best costumes. Winners will be awarded between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m.
Be sure to bring your ID, comfortable shoes, a smartphone (for uploading photos during the scavenger hunt), and money for drinks & food.
*Must be 21 years or older to attend this event.
On October 27, end the night with an exciting Halloween Party. This event is Woodstock themed. So, you can dress to fit the theme, or dress as your favorite Halloween character.
The party will take place at Events on Main in Dickson, TN from 8 p.m. until 12 a.m.
2017 Montgomery Bell Monster Dash
If you are looking to get active for the holiday, consider participating in the 2017 Montgomery Bell Monster Dash! This event includes a 5K and a 10K walk/run that is open to participants of all ages. Put on your favorite Halloween costume and get ready for a good time!
There will be various prizes available at this event. Prizes will be awarded to the top 5K/10K male and female runners, Best Adult Costume, and Best Child’s Costume. Additionally, a Virtual Race is available for participants who are unable to make it to the race site on the date of the event. (Virtual Racers will receive a bib number and a medal).
The Monster Dash takes place in Burns, TN on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 8 a.m. It will be held at the Montgomery Bell State Park Ballfield.
