Have you been to the Adventure Science Center in Nashville lately? It’s undergone a major transformation, and it offers more than ever before. Make plans to visit so you can check out all the cool new features.
Super Science Saturdays
The museum recently started offering Super Science Saturdays on the first Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each Super Science Saturday will have its own theme and programming. Think of this as a science celebration. There’ll be activities, games, and demonstrations, and your kids will have the time of their lives.
February’s theme will be “Build It,” and it will go over engineering. “Matter Madness” will be in March, and it’ll cover matter and chemistry. Other upcoming themes are related to earth science, sports and dance, and music and sound. Be sure to attend one of these, so your kids will realize just how much fun science can be.
Family Fun Labs
You can also attend one of the family fun labs on the last Saturday of each month. These labs will have the same theme as Super Science Saturdays, and they will give everyone the opportunity for some in-depth exploration. These labs are causal and fun, and they’re perfect for people of all skill levels. If your kids have an interest in science, they will love rolling up their sleeves and digging into these family fun labs.
Are you noticing a theme here? The museum really comes to life on Saturdays. On the second Saturday of each month, the museum will stay open until 10 p.m. In the past, the museum’s planetarium stayed open late on the second Saturday of the month, but now, you’ll get a lot more out of the deal when you head over. You can enjoy live shows, laser shows, hands-on activities, and so much more. If you’re a bit of a night owl, this is a fantastic way to explore the museum.

And Something for the Adults
The museum has a lot of fun things for adults to enjoy, but one of the best is coming up in March. It’s Mad Bash 2019, and it’ll be from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. While this isn’t technically new, it’s just the event’s fourth year, so it’s worth mentioning. Tickets start at $100 and will give you access to food, drinks, and experiences. It’s well worth the price.
You know what else is worth the price? A new Chevrolet, Buick, or GMC. Head to Alexander Chevrolet Buick GMC in Dickson, Tennessee, and look at our huge inventory of vehicles. Pick one out and then drive off in your new ride.
